6-month Conscious Communication Programme

You’ve done the work. You understand your patterns, your relationships, the way you move through the world. And yet, in the moments that actually matter, something still breaks down. This programme is where that finally changes...in real time.​

You don’t need more vague ‘understanding’. You need to stop being unconsciously reactive.

Most of us assume that if we just understand ourselves deeply enough, our behaviour will naturally change.  But that is not how it works.

You’re a smarty pants.

You know you’re smart, I know you’re smart, so what gives?

Well, in the moment, your intellect does more harm than good.

The scripts you’ve memorised, the psychological map of the person in front of you, are actually pulling you further into the spiral of reactivity.

 

That means you are at the mercy of your unconscious patterns and emotions, and ironically, you think you’re in control (buuuut you're not, as evidenced by the frustration you always feel afterwards). 

Our behaviour is shaped by so many things, including our patterns, our assumptions, and of course our need to be right, to be understood, to protect ourselves, and to avoid discomfort.

 

All of this is happening faster than our conscious mind can catch up with it.

And that is exactly where we all get stuck.

Conscious communication begins where reactivity ends

What we teach is not how to say the “right thing.” It is to work with you to stop letting your emotional reactions dictate what happens next in conversations, relationships, and in your life.

The second you react automatically (unconsciously), you remove your choice which means you are not in control of your words, your reactions, and ultimately your behaviour.

So the work is not to control the conversation. It is to become conscious of what is happening inside you, so that you can choose how to respond and, in doing so, work towards your bigger purpose in life.

 

When we have the chocie to act deliberately and stay aligned with our values and beliefs, and use communication as the tool to express that, we begin to live in accordance with conscious communication principles. 

This gives you back choice.

And that choice is what most people do not have access to.
